Terms and conditions of the campaign “Think big with Bondora”

1. General information and campaign content
   1. The campaign “Think big with Bondora (hereinafter the Campaign) is organized by Bondora AS, registry code 11483929, located at A. H. Tammsaare tee 47, 11316 Tallinn, e-mail [email protected] (hereinafter Bondora).
   2. In the framework of the campaign, 1 000 euros (hereinafter the Prize) will be drawn between the participants who have registered in the Campaign and meet the above mentioned conditions.
   3. The campaign will run from 16/05/2022 to 23/05/2022.
2. Conditions for participation in the campaign
   1. A person of at least 18 years of age permanently residing in the Republic of Estonia, ie a resident of the Republic of Estonia (hereinafter Participant), may participate in the campaign.
   2. Employees of Bondora (including Bondora Group companies) or their family members may not participate in the campaign.
   3. Participants will receive emails from Bondora and Participants must click on the "You can think big with Bondora" link in the three emails to participate in the Campaign. However, the Participant must click on the link "You can think big with Bondora" in all three separate emails.
3. Prize draw
   1. Bondora will randomly draw a winner from among the Participants (hereinafter the Winner).
   2. Bondora will personally contact the Winner at the e-mail address provided by the Participant in the form on the campaign website no later than 7 days after the prize draw.
   3. The prize will only be credited to the Winner's Bondora account, which the Winner will notify Bondora in the form and manner required by Bondora. The prize will not be paid out in cash or to a bank account. Among other things, Bondora has the right to demand the identification of the Winner.
   4. The prize will be transferred to the Winner no later than 7 days after the winner's Bondora account details are disclosed to Bondora.
   5. If the Winner has violated the terms and conditions of the Campaign, provided false information to Bondora or Bondora is unable to contact the Winner within 7 days (including the Winner's account details) for any reason, Bondora may decide to draw a new Winner. In such cases, Bondora will not be liable for any omission from the original Winner's Prize draw or receipt of the Prize.
4. Processing of personal data
   1. The Campaign Participant acknowledges and agrees that Bondora will process the personal data of the Campaign Participants in accordance with the Bondora Privacy Policy (https://www.bondora.ee/bondorast/kasutustingimused/#privacy-policy), but only for the purposes of conducting the Campaign and drawing the Prize.
   2. A Campaign Participant may consent to Bondora processing personal data for other purposes (eg sending direct marketing).
5. Miscellaneous
   1. The procedure for conducting the Campaign is established in these terms and conditions, which are mandatory for all participants in the Campaign to follow.
   2. Bondora has the right to change the terms and conditions of the Campaign or to terminate the Campaign prematurely. Bondora informs the public about the above-mentioned circumstances through the website www.bondora.ee.
   3. In the event of any questions related to the Campaign, including any complaints, the Campaign Participant may contact Bondora in accordance with clause 1.1 contact information or through the Bondora Frequently Asked Questions page (https://support.bondora.ee/et/kuidas-v%C3%B5tta-%C3%BChendust-klienditoega).
   4. All disputes arising from the Campaign shall be settled in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia in Harju County Court.
