Terms and Conditions of “Win 1000 €” Campaign

1. 1. General Information and Campaign

   1. 1.1. The Campaign “Win 1000 €" (hereinafter the "Campaign") is organized by Bondora AS, registry code 11483929, located at A.H. Tammsaare tee 56, 11316 Tallinn, Estonia, email address [email protected] (hereinafter "Bondora").
   2. 1.2. On 24.11.2023, a prize in the amount of EUR 1000 (hereinafter the "Prize") will be drawn between the participants who meet these Terms and Conditions for Participating the Campaign (hereinafter the "Participant").
   3. 1.3. The Campaign will run from 20.11.2023, to 23.11.2023 (hereinafter the "Campaign Period").

2. 2. Terms and Conditions for Participating in the Campaign

   1. 2.1. The Campaign is open to Bondora’s customers who:
      1. 2.1.1. are at least 18 years of age and permanently residing in Estonia;
      2. 2.1.2. have at least once tested Bondora’s loan application process*;
      3. 2.1.3. have a valid Bondora account during the Campaign Period and at the time of the Prize draw (including during the time the Prize is being transferred to the Winner).
   2. 2.2. Employees of Bondora (including Bondora Group of companies) or their family members may not participate in the Campaign.
   3. * To participate in the Campaign the Participant is not obliged to accept any potential loan offers or sign any loan agreements.

3. 3. Prize Draw

   1. 3.1. Bondora will randomly draw one winner (hereinafter the Winner) from among the Participants on 24.11.2023.
   2. 3.2. Bondora will personally contact the Winner via their email address no later than seven (7) days after the Prize Draw. The Prize will be transferred to the Winner’s Bondora account no later than 14 days after getting contact with the Winner.
   3. 3.3. If the Winner has violated the terms and conditions of the Campaign, provided false information to Bondora, or the Winner does not otherwise comply with the Bondora Terms of Use, Bondora may decide to draw a new Winner. Bondora may also decide to draw a new Winner if the Winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days after the Prize draw. In such cases, Bondora will not be liable for the initial Winner's Prize draw or for not receiving the Prize.
   4. 3.4. The Prize will not be replaced with other prizes. The winner may waive the right to receive the Prize by notifying Bondora via email.

4. 4. Processing of Personal Data

   1. 4.1. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that by participating in the Campaign the personal data of the Participant will be processed in accordance with Bondora's Privacy Policy.

5. 5. Miscellaneous

   1. 5.1. The procedure for conducting the Campaign is established in these Terms and Conditions, which are mandatory for all Participants in the Campaign to follow.
   2. 5.2. Bondora has the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign or to terminate the Campaign prematurely for a good reason. Bondora informs the Participants about the above-mentioned circumstances via email.
   3. 5.3. If there are questions related to the Campaign, including possible complaints, the Participant may contact Bondora by using the contact details provided in Clause 1.1 of these Terms and Conditions.
   4. 5.4. All disputes arising from the Campaign will be resolved according to the Republic of Estonia's legislation in Harju County Court.
   5. 5.5. In the case of the campaign, it is not a commercial lottery. Bondora customers participate in the campaign, and participation in the campaign does not require the purchase of additional services or taking on obligations.
